An Egg a Day Keeps... Amanda Happy

BONUS, Double Yolk this morning!

As a working mom who struggles with cooking on a good day, I definitely struggle on a busy day. Mornings seem to be the worst. While I make sure my little guy is well fed, on too many occasions I only grab a cup of coffee for myself, and scoot out the door. I know, I know, I am missing what is called the most important meal of the day.
A couple of months ago I met Justine Healy, A Tupperware Consultant. She was a bundle of energy and sold her Tupperware product like no one I had met before. She talked about this amazing new product called a MICROWAVE BREAKFAST MAKER SET. It sounded too good to be true. I have been attempting to make "dippy eggs" for years without any success. The yolks have broke open every.single.time! I was hesitant, but I decided to give the Breakfast Maker a try. I am pretty predictable with my Kitchen Appliances and New Gadgets in that they tend to stay in their original package for way too long. So yes, it took me over a month to use it for the first time. I regret not using it sooner. I quickly read the directions, cracked two eggs, threw it in the microwave for the correct time and BAM, I had the perfect "dippy eggs."It took longer to make the toast. Wow! While I like my eggs dippy, it does make all egg types quickly and cleans up very easily. This product is an absolute winner. While I am still guilty of only grabbing a cup of coffee for breakfast on occasion, I  am grateful that a product like this exists where I can quickly cook myself some breakfast. Thank you, Justine, for really selling this great product up and encouraging me to buy it.
